Step 1 — Free consultation

We talk about your business, your goals, and what's currently broken. No pressure, no sales pitch. I tell you honestly whether a new site makes sense or if you just need a few fixes.

Step 2 — Scope and proposal

You get a clear scope, fixed price, and timeline in writing. No vague estimates. You know exactly what you're paying for and when it will be done before any work starts.

Step 3 — Design and build

I build mobile-first with accessibility and SEO baked in from the start. You see real progress, not radio silence. Code is clean, fast, and owned by you.

Step 4 — Review and revisions

You see the site on a preview link, click around, and request changes. Two rounds of revisions included with every build. Nothing launches until you're happy.

Step 5 — Launch and support

I handle hosting setup, DNS, and go-live. Every build includes a 30-day warranty for bug fixes. Ongoing support starts at $37/month with written agreements included.
